When you create a new article, or post that can be converted into an article, you should rewrite it. Once you rewrite the post into a new article, or just the article, you can hand submit it to each of these directories. Google's duplicate content doesn't apply, because these are such high PR directories. Registration is required at all of them. It is ok to use primary email for these directories.
